Versi 1.1.0, dikemas kini 2026-07-08. Setiap skor pada laman ini boleh dikira semula daripada data yang diterbitkan dan peraturan pada halaman ini. Enjin pemarkahan dan data adalah terbuka; setiap halaman klinik menyenaraikan sumber dan tarikh semakannya.
Mengenai Data
Semua data dikumpul secara bebas daripada sumber awam dan mungkin mengandungi ralat — laporkan pembetulan. Penilaian ini bukan nasihat perubatan, dan kedudukan dalam ranking tidak dijual.
Apa yang Kami Ukur — dan Apa yang Tidak
Kami memberikan skor kepada faktor yang boleh disahkan secara awam: sejauh mana telus sesebuah klinik tentang pasukan, perkhidmatan, dan harganya; bagaimana rupa isyarat ulasan awam; infrastruktur dan perkhidmatan mana yang berdokumen; sejauh mana klinik boleh dihubungi oleh pesakit berbahasa Inggeris; dan sejauh mana ia kelihatan dalam carian dan pembantu AI.
Kami tidak mengukur kualiti klinikal. Indeks ini bukan cadangan perubatan, dan skor yang tinggi tidak bermakna sesebuah klinik itu "terbaik" atau rawatan di sana sesuai untuk anda. Sentiasa rujuk profesional yang berkelayakan tentang keputusan perubatan.
Formula
Setiap klinik diberi skor dalam enam kategori. Dalam sesuatu kategori, kriteria mempunyai nilai mata yang tetap (jadual di bawah). Skor klinik dalam mana-mana profil penilaian ialah:
skor profil = 100 × Σ(kategori% × pemberat) / Σ(pemberat) + penalti isyarat merah dihadkan pada 0…100, di mana kategori% = mata diperoleh / maksimum kategori
Pemberat kategori adalah relatif; skor dinormalkan kepada skala 100 mata. Profil lalai "Ketelusan & Kepercayaan Keseluruhan" menggunakan maksimum kategori metodologi itu sendiri (Information Transparency 20, Price Transparency 15, Reputation & Reviews 20, Medical Infrastructure 15, Communication & Service 10, AI & Search Visibility 10) sebagai pemberat.
Data yang tidak diketahui memperoleh 0 mata. Apabila kami tidak dapat mengesahkan sesuatu fakta, klinik tidak memperoleh mata untuknya, dan item itu disenaraikan pada halaman klinik di bawah "Data yang tidak dapat kami sahkan" — secara eksplisit bukan sebagai penemuan negatif. Ketiadaan bukti tidak pernah memperoleh mata, dan tidak pernah mencetuskan isyarat merah dengan sendirinya.
Information Transparency — sehingga 20 mata
Whether basic facts about the clinic - its team, premises, services, and location - are publicly verifiable.

Public review signals. The Google rating is adjusted with a Bayesian prior (rating 4.0, weight 25) so a 5.0 from a handful of reviews does not outrank a 4.8 from hundreds.

Pelarasan Skor Ulasan
Penilaian bintang mentah mengelirukan pada bilangan ulasan yang rendah, jadi penilaian Google dilaraskan dengan prior Bayesian sebanyak 4 bintang yang diberi pemberat sebagai 25 ulasan sebelum dipetakan kepada mata:

Contoh: penilaian 5.0 daripada 3 ulasan dilaraskan kepada 4.11, manakala 4.8 daripada 500 ulasan dilaraskan kepada 4.76 — jumlah penting.
Isyarat Merah (Penalti)
Masalah yang berdokumen menolak mata. Setiap bendera mempunyai tahap keterukan yang ditetapkan oleh bukti; jumlah penalti dihadkan pada -20 mata. Bendera memerlukan bukti awam (disebut pada halaman klinik) — kami tidak pernah mengenakan bendera hanya atas syak. Sesetengah bendera diterbitkan secara automatik daripada negatif yang disahkan (cth. "tiada harga diterbitkan" → penetapan harga tidak telus, keterukan rendah).

Profil Penilaian
Semua profil menggunakan data asas yang sama — hanya pemberat kategori, pengganda penalti, dan peraturan kelayakan yang berbeza. Sesebuah klinik dikecualikan daripada profil (ditunjukkan sebagai "tidak diberi kedudukan") apabila perkhidmatan yang melayakkan terbukti tidak wujud, atau apabila kami tidak dapat mengesahkan data yang bergantung kepada profil itu.

Peraturan Kebebasan
- Penilaian ini bukan cadangan perubatan. Ia mengukur ketelusan dan isyarat awam, bukan kualiti atau hasil rawatan.
- Kedudukan dalam ranking tidak dijual. Tiada klinik boleh membayar untuk menaikkan skor atau kedudukannya, secara langsung atau tidak langsung.
- Audit berbayar tidak menjejaskan kedudukan. Kami menawarkan klinik satu audit penambahbaikan; membelinya (atau menolaknya) tidak memberi kesan langsung kepada pemarkahan. Skor berubah hanya apabila data awam asas berubah.
- Penilaian dikemas kini apabila data berubah. Semakan semula, pembetulan, dan kemas kini metodologi dilog dalam log perubahan dan dalam sejarah perubahan setiap klinik.
- Ralat boleh dibetulkan oleh sesiapa sahaja. Setiap halaman klinik memaut ke borang pembetulan; pembetulan yang disahkan digunakan dengan entri sejarah awam.
Nota mengenai semakan keterlihatan AI: pertanyaan berpetik seperti "best dentist Kuala Lumpur" ialah frasa carian tetap yang kami uji — itu perkataan pesakit, bukan dakwaan kami tentang mana-mana klinik.
